Services for Todd Strickland, 57, of Cairo will be held at 3:00pm, Friday, August 11, 2023 at the Allen & Allen Celebration of Life Chapel. Pastor Gwynn Hayes will officiate. Mr. Strickland passed away August 6, 2023 at his residence, after an extended illness. Born May 28, 1966 in Thomasville, he was the son of the late Vernon Howard Strickland and Sarah Jane Petrey Strickland. He owned Sunshine Cleaners in Cairo and attended Liberty Baptist Church in Ochlocknee. He is survived by his brothers, Scott Strickland and wife Joy of Cairo and Kylie Strickland of Thomasville; sister, Joy Phillips and husband Keith of Whigham; nephews & nieces, Joel Strickland, Morgan & Madelyn Graham, Lily Strickland, Marla Strickland, Katie Strickland and Libby Strickland; step-mother, Dorothy Strickland of Cairo and former wife, Emily Maxwell of Cairo. He was preceded in death by his parents; nephew, Ethan Graham and step-brother, Brad Bishop. The family will receive friends 2:00 - 3:00 before the service, at the funeral home.
