Diane G. Leroy

Diane G. LeRoy died on October 3, 2016 in Thomasville, GA. She was born on December 12, 1947 in Chicago, Illinois. She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Joseph B. LeRoy of Thomasville, her mother, Mary Ruth Widener Gilliam of Bainbridge, GA, her brother, Russell Lee Gilliam and his wife Donna Palmer Gilliam of Thomson, GA, and by ten nieces and nephews.
Diane was educated in the public schools of Chicago, IL, Wheaton, IL, and Thomson, GA. She was a 1968 graduate of the University of Georgia and a 1980 graduate of the University of Louisville School of Law. She worked as a city attorney in Louisville, KY for 10 years and later for the Florida Department of Transportation, becoming General Counsel for the Florida Turnpike.
