Services for Ben Bruce Watson, 53 of Thomasville will be held at 2:00 pm, Sunday, February 22, 2015 at Allen & Allen Funeral Home Chapel. Pastor Jimmy Pierson will officiate and interment will follow in Laurel Hill Cemetery. Mr. Watson passed away February 19, 2015 at Colquitt Regional Medical Center. Born October 3, 1961 in Cairo, he was the son of the late Cleveland Bruce Watson and Betty Marie Shackleford Watson. Mr. Watson was a plumber and enjoyed fishing. He was a strong loving father and grandfather. He is survived by his children, Ann Watson Collins (Joel Collins), Carla Watson (Matthew Eason), Cleveland Watson and Priscilla Cooper (Matthew Cooper) all of Thomasville; grandchildren, Keisley Vidallia Segura, Kemule Alicia Segura, Dustin Nathaniel Segura, Adreanna Marie Hembree, Wayne Arshield Watson and Allyssa Nicole Faye Eason all of Thomasville; brother, David Watson of Thomasville; sisters, Cheryl Watson Tanner of Ochlocknee, Donna Rogers of Thomasville and Janie Watson Coleman of Moultrie. He was preceded in death by brother, Danny Allen Watson and a grandchild. The family will receive friends 5-7 pm, Saturday at the funeral home.
