Clyde Clifford Hall

Memorial Service for Clyde Clifford Hall, 91, of Thomasville will be 2:00PM, Saturday, August 6, 2016 at Thomasville Church of Christ, where he was a member. Garland Basford will officiate and interment will be at a later date in Birmingham Alabama. Mr. Hall passed away August 1, 2016 at Southern Pines. Born January 17, 1925 in Haleyville Alabama, he was the son of the late John and Lougena Green Hall. He was married to Betty Youngblood Hall, who preceded him in death. Mr. Hall served in the Army Air Force and graduated in 1948 from Auburn University. Mr. Hall was a Mechanical Engineer at ACIPCO in Birmingham Alabama. Mr. Hall is preceded in death by his brothers, Edward Hall, Ellis Hall, John Hall and James Earl Hall, and a sister Edna Gruman. He is survived by daughter and son in law Shelia and Charles R. Moon of Thomasville, and his grandchildren Justin Moon of Birmingham Alabama, Kyle Moon of Tifton Ga, and Craig and Stephanie Moon of Tallahassee Florida, great grandchildren Ashton Moon and Carson Moon of Tallahassee Florida, and sisters-in-law Faye Flowers and Francis Youngblood and numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Saturday, 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at the church.
