Services for Donald Rudolph Rehberg, 63, of Coolidge will be held at 11:00 am, Wednesday, October 10, 2012 at Merrillville Baptist Church. Rev. Richard Albritton and Rev. Hugh Rockett will officiate and interment will be at Big Creek Cemetery. Honorary pallbearers will be Clarence Wilson and Zeb Reeves. Active pallbearers are Wayne Parramore, Robert Parramore, Dayne Parramore, Ernest Jordon, Calvin Martin, Paul Rehberg, Lester lamb and Mike Tucker. Mr. Rehberg passed away October 6, 2012 in Gainesville, FL. Born June 28, 1949 in Brooks County, Georgia, he was the son of the late Rudolph and Lenelle Powell Rehberg, who survives. He was employed at Parramore Farms for 20 years then at Thomas County Public Works for 10 years. Mr. Rehberg was married to Laura Carter Rehberg, who survives. Survivors include son John and Angie Mitchell of Coolidge, Georgia; daughters Rebecca and Tim Warren of Thomasville, Allyson and Farron Griffin of Coolidge, Georgia; grandchildren include Alan Owens, Branden Prosser, Whitney Mitchell, Taylor Mitchell, Cole Prosser, Hayley Warren, Timmy Warren, Katie Warren; great-grandchildren include Amberly Mitchell, Zachary Owens, and Wyatt Mitchell. Also surviving are brothers, Herbert and Charlotte Rehberg of Morriston, Florida, Robbie and Marie Rehberg of Piedmont, South Carolina and a sister, Faye Kearce of Moultrie, GA. He is also survived by two special pets Rascal and Duke and a special friend and prayer partner, Jeff Willis. Mr. Rehberg was preceded in death by his son Brian Neal Rehberg.
