Graveside services for Dorothy NeSmith Schafer, 81 of Coolidge are 2pm, Saturday, February 12, 2011 at Big Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. The Rev. Curtis Eason will officiate. Mrs. Schafer died February 9, 2011 at Archbold Memorial Hospital. Born December 28, 1929 in Adel, Ga, she was the daughter of the late Isaac Melton NeSmith and Vera Methvin NeSmith. She was married to Monroe Schafer who preceded her in death. Survivors include a son Ronnie Taylor of Coolidge, and daughter and son in law Tricia and Robert Shiver of Thomasville. Grandchildren Taylor and Jennifer Shiver, Justin and Samantha Taylor, Eric Taylor, and Reid and Jennifer Rosborough, great grandchildren London Taylor, Logan Lea Rosborough, Ashlynn Rosborough and Hannah Rosborough and a sister Eunice Foran.
