Mrs. Jessie Ann Paul passed away on May 11, 2017 at Archbold Memorial Hospital. Born on July 3, 1947 in Cuthbert, Ga, she was the daughter of the late Roy Whaley Merritt and Ruth Sue Jackson Merritt. She was preceded in death by her husband Ellis Eugene Paul. Survivors include her sons Garry Paul and Gerald Paul and other close family members. No services are planned at this time.
