Marjorie Williams Fisher Fort

Mrs. Marjorie Williams Fisher Fort passed away peacefully at her daughter's home in Bostic, NC on Oct. 6, 2013. A long-time resident of Thomasville, GA, she was born on October 27, 1916 to the late Dr. and Mrs. William Brown Williams. She was the widow of Harry J. Fisher and was later married to Ralph Fort, who died in 2004. She is also preceded in death by two infant brothers and her two sisters Mrs. A. Carl Schenck Eloise and Mrs. Donald F. Wilson Jean. She is survived by her children Marjorie Fisher Bleecker of Bostic NC, and Richard David Fisher of St. Petersburg Fl. She will be greatly missed but our comfort is in knowing she is with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. She is also survived by five grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday October 9, 2013 at 12:00 Noon in the Chapel of First Baptist Church with interment in Laurel Hill Cemetery.
