Services for Sallylu Hart, 69, of Moultrie are 3 pm, Sunday, September 4, 2011 at Pavo United Methodist Church. The Rev. Dr. Robert Slane will officiate and interment will follow at Laurel Hill Cemetery. Mrs. Hart passed away September 2, 2011 in Moultrie, Ga. Born May 30, 1942 in Thomas County; she was the daughter of the late Robert Hines and Agnes Hines Gay. She was preceded in death by her husband Clifford Edward Hart. Mrs. Hart was an active member of the Pavo United Methodist Church. She also taught Sunday school at Morningside United Methodist Church and Pavo United Methodist Church. From 1981 until 2000 she served as Thomas County probate judge. Survivors include brother Charlton Hines and wife Jean of Deltona, Fl; sister Joanna Tucker of Idaho; Brother-in-law Tommy Hart and wife Bobbie of Moultrie, Ga; Sister-in-law Lucille Lastinger of Moultrie, Ga; her Aunt Penny Miller of Tallahassee, Fl. and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Also living is her dear friends Frances Daniel and Henrietta Sprayberry of Moultrie, Ga. The family will receive friends 5-7 pm on Saturday at Allen & Allen and memorials can be made to a charity of your choice. Guests may sign the online guest register at www.allenfh.com
