Walter Earl Allen, 55, of Ochlocknee, Georgia passed away on December 3rd, 2018. He is survived by his son, Steven Clarence Earl Allen of Maryland; sister, Debra Barfield of Meigs, GA, Janet Mikinnon of Coolidge, GA; nieces, Beth Curby, Cathy Arrington, Toni Roberts, Brandi Richter, several great-nephews and nieces; and companion Libby Wood of Ochlocknee, Georgia.
