Winston Connell

Winston Connell, age 73, of Thomasville passed away on February 4, 2023, in Camilla. He was born in Camilla on January 12, 1950, to the late Pryor and Ruth Connell. He was also preceded in death by his brother William Connell. Winston loved playing the piano. He played for the Gospel Quartet for 40 years and organ for First Baptist Church of Pelham. He is survived by his husband of 7 years Daniel Baker; children Malissa Robbins, Clark Connell, and Jarod Penland; 6 grandchildren; sister Joyce Kemp; and lifelong friend Pat Connell. A memorial visitation will be held Saturday, February 11, 2023, from 2-4 P.M. at Allen & Allen Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to help defray funeral cost to Allen & Allen Funeral Home.
