Adele Miller

Services for Adele Miller of Thomasville are at 10:00AM on Friday, August 6, 2004 at Allen & Allen Funeral Chapel. The Rev. Tom Jones, the Rev. Lance Kindred and the Rev. Wendell Hollingsworth will officiate and interment is in Sunset Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Miller died August 3, at her residence. Born October 18, 1938 in Metcalfe, GA she was the daughter of the late Andrew and Hazel Francis Runyon Kindred. On July 18, 1958 in Chickopee, Mass., she married Vernon Miller who preceded her in death. Mrs. Miller was a veteran of the United State Air Force. Metcalfe Methodist Church was her home church and later her membership was at Hebron Church. She worked as a dorm parent at Vashti for many years and later for Archbold Memorial Hospital where she retired as a financial services representative. Survivors include her daughter, Debbie Miller Riggs Wall, son-in-law, Gerhard Wall both of Langley, B.C., sisters, Francis Dillard of Thomasville, GA., Minnie Minor of Coca, FL, brothers, Clyde Kindred, Wentworth Kindred both of Metcalfe, GA, sisters, Nellie Miller of Thomasville, GA, Ann Kindred of Pensacola, Fl., grandchildren, Jayeson Wall, Anthony Wall, Brad Wall and Stephanie Wall and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by sisters, Ruby Costello and Mary Norman. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, Inc., P.O. Box 1201, Albany, GA 31702.
