Memorial services for Albert Milton Lawrence, 92, will be at 2:00 PM on Monday, January 2, 2017 at First Newark Baptist Church in Thomasville. Rev. Steve Brooks will officiate. Mr. Lawrence died on December 30, 2016 in Thomasville. Born December 13, 1924 in Osteen, FL, he was the son of the late John Thomas and May Atwood Lawrence. He was married to Alice Williams Lawrence, who survives. Mr. Lawrence was a cabinet maker. Other survivors include a son and his wife Stan and Jerri Lawrence of Thomasville and a daughter Carmen Norris of Thomasville. Also surviving are 4 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
