Mr. Samard died November 17, 2004 in Thomasville. Born September 23, 1936 in Albany, Oregon he was the son of the late Mr. & Mrs. Gabriel Charles Samard. He was a member of East Side Baptist Church and was a building contractor. Survivors include his sons, Scott Samard of Thomasville, Stephen Shaun Samard of Greenville, SC., Andrew Gabriel Charles Samard of Laredo, TX., daughter, Tiffany Ranee Samard of Savannah, GA., four grandchildren, brother, Arlen Samard of Tangent, Oregon, sisters, Arlene Stockley of Eugene Oregon, Marilyn Samard and brother, Darrell Samard both of Albany, Oregon.
