A celebration of life for Alta Palmer Ott, 87, of Pelham, is at 3 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 30, 2010 at her residence. Family and friends are invited. Mrs. Ott died Saturday, Oct. 23, 2010 at Archbold Memorial Hospital, after a short illness.
Mrs. Ott is a member of The First Baptist Church of Pelham and is survived by her son, Darryl Ott Camille of Jacksonville, FL, her daughter, Lynda Ott Jaeger Peter of Salisbury, CT, her sister Corlys Devenny Harry of Charleston, SC , her granddaughter, Linzee Ott of Jacksonville, FL and many wonderful nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Peyton, and her son, Donald. She is the daughter of the late Allie C. Palmer and the late Sally Thompson.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the First Baptist Church of Pelham.
