Services for Amy Lasha Bush, 36 of Thomasville will be held at 5:00 pm, Saturday, August 10, 2013 at Allen & Allen Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Gary Holland will officiate and interment will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens. Ms. Bush passed away August 8, 2013 at Big Bend Hospice in Tallahassee. Born December 26, 1976 in Bainbridge, she was the daughter of Tony Ralph Bush and Nora Eidson Bush of Thomasville. She was a graduate of Thomas County Central High School and was a medical assistant. Other survivors include her children, Peyton Crosby and Mallory Crosby both of Camilla; grandmothers, Alice Bush of Hahira and Billie Eidson of Thomasville. She was preceded in death by brother, Anthony Ralph Bush. The family will receive friends 4-5 pm before the service. Guests may sign the online register at www.allenfh.com
