Anne Boice Lattay
Graveside services for Anne Boice Lattay, 87, of Thomasville, formerly of Lake Waccamaw, N.C., are at 10 a.m., Friday, July 27, 2007 at Hillcrest Cemetery in Lake Waccamaw, N.C. The Rev. David Walker will officiate. She died July 23, 2007 at the Golden Living Center in Thomasville. Born December 9, 1919, in Pender County, N.C., she was the daughter of the late Wilbur Malcolm and Sue Thackston Boice Sr. She was married to James Boyd Lattay Sr., who preceded her in death in 1977. She was a former member of the Lake Waccamaw Presbyterian Church. In 2000 she moved to Thomasville and she resided at Southern Pines, where she enjoyed her time. Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, James Boyd and Ann Lattay Jr. of Thomasville; daughter and son-in-law, Miriam Chandler Lattay and Bob Troxler of Broadway, N.C.; grandchildren, Lisa Taylor, Jay Lattay both of Thomasville and Guy Troxler and Emily Troxler of Broadway, N.C.; great-grandchildren, Macy Taylor and Tripp Taylor both of Thomasville; and sister, Sara Boice Drath of Brunswick. A brother, Wilbur Malcolm Boice Jr., preceded her in death.
