Services for Barbara Alexander Boggs of Thomasville are at 11:00AM on Thursday, August 4, 2005 at Allen & Allen Funeral Chapel. Rev. Lester Allen will officiate and interment will be in Evergreen Cemetery. Mrs. Boggs died August 1, at Archbold Memorial Hospital. Born January 4, 1936 in Ozell, GA she was the daughter of the late Ellis and Bessie Highsmith Alexander. On December 29, 1998 in Thomasville she married Lawrence Lee Boggs who survives. Mrs. Boggs was a homemaker. Other survivors include sons, James Turner of Ochlocknee, Steven Turner of Macon; grandchildren, Michelle Hines, Pate Turner, Laney Turner, Katie Turner and Lena Turner; great grandchildren, Dylan Godwin and Ally Godwin; brothers, Jack Alexander of Clarksville, GA and Talmadge Alexander of San Jose, CA. She was preceded in death by a son, William Bill Turner. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 7-9PM on Wednesday. Visitors may sign the online guest register at www.allenfh.com .
