Barbara Gail Rivers of Pavo passed away peacefully on Tuesday August 22, 2023 at her home. Born on August 5, 1951 in Moultrie, Ga, she was the daughter of the late Jack Seay and Dorothy Hall Seay. She worked for Southern Regional Technical College and Thomas County Humane Society. Barbara was married to Paul W. Rivers who survives. Other survivors include her sons John Hall of Moultrie and Cody Hall of Pavo; brother Randall Seay.
Her family will hold a private service at a later date.
