Funeral services for Ben HIll Logue of Thomasville will be held Thursday, December 11, 2003 at 2:00PM at Morningside United Methodist Church. The Rev. Richard Trawick will officiate and interment will be in Laurel Hill Cemetery. Mr. Logue died MOnday, December 8, 2003 at Brynwoood Nursing Home in Monticello Florida. Born in Grady County on November 14, 1923 he was a son of the late Marvin Logue and Jessie Mills Logue. He was a Charter member of Morningside United Methodist Church. Mr. Logue worked for R & H Roofing and Searcy Heating and Air. He was preceded in death by his wife Florene Fowler Logue. Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, James and Pam Logue of Thomasville; a son and daughter-in-law; Harold Ed and Brenda Logue of Thomasville; a daughter and son-in-law; Jan and Bob Holladay of Dothan Al.; and a son Gary Logue of Thomasville. Also Surviving are Grandchildren, Jay Logue, Bobby Holladay, Jason Holladay, Angela Suzanne Logue and two great grandchildren, Casey Logue and Tristen Logue. Other survivors include a brother Afton Logue of Waycross; brother, Dalvin Logue of Bainbridge; sisters, Hilda Carr of Bainbridge; Martha Green of Thomasville; and Ella Johnson of Cairo. Mr. Logue was preceded in death by a daughter Jackie Logue and a brother Fed Logue. The family will receive friends from 6-8PM Wednesday at the funeral home.
