She passed away on Wednesday April 17, 2019 at Archbold Memorial Hospital. Born on November 1, 1940 in Greensburg, Indiana, she was the daughter of the late Dale Pumphrey and Hallie Elizabeth Pumphrey. She is survived by her sister Nancy J. Gulyas of Thomasville.
