Betty Jean Ew

Betty died at home on Tuesday, December 08, 2015, with her family by her side. She was born in Cumming, GA. She was the daughter of the late Robert & Ruby Holbrook. She was married to Jack Hunter Drew, Jr. for 44 years, who survives her. She was a member of Glad Tidings Assembly. She is survived by her children, Doug Hamil and wife Patti of Blue Ridge, GA; Dawn Hurst and husband Patrick of Thomasville, GA; Shane Drew and wife Casie of Thomasville, GA; Ella Head, sister in Christ of Thomasville, GA; Grandchildren, Eric Hamil, Jenna Adams, Patrick Hamil, Kaitlyn Hurst, and Dalton Drew; Great grandchildren, Kinsey Grace Adams and Ava Hamil. She was preceded in death by brothers Jim Holbrook, Avery Holbrook, R.A. Holbrook, Gerald Holbrook, sister Shirley White. The family will receive friends Thursday, December 10th from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Allen & Allen Funeral Home. Services will be held Friday, December 11th at 11:00 a.m. at Glad Tidings Assembly. Pastor Brent Welch and Dr. Jimmy Clanton will officiate and interment will follow at Little Flock Cemetery in Boston, GA. Pallbearers include: Josh Drew, James McHugh, Clint Garbett, Daniel Reichert, Chris Plymale & Jim Johnson. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Hospice of Southwest Georgia, 114A
