Betty Lois Sise

Funeral services for Betty Lois Sise of Thomasville will be held on Monday, March 17, 2025, at 2:00 PM, on Tennessee Street in Laurel Hill Cemetery. Family and friends are invited to gather to honor her life and legacy. Lois passed away on March 15, 2025, at the age of 95. She was born to the late Theodrice and Nancy Bradford in Bellefonte, Alabama, on September 17, 1929.

On March 10, 1951, Lois married Robert Calvin Sise in Scottsboro, Alabama. Lois dedicated many years of service to Archbold Memorial Hospital before her retirement and was a member of Thomasville First Baptist Church.

Lois is survived by her loving children, Betty Collier of Thomasville and Robert Calvin Sise, Jr. (Kellie) of The Villages, Florida, as well as her grandchildren, Elizabeth Marcinski (Ron), Katie Rushing (Dustin), and Jonathan Rutland. She also leaves behind great-grandchildren Trip Marcinski and Morgan Clark Rushing.
Lois was preceded in death by her husband as well as her siblings, Hugh Bradford, James Bradford, George Bradford, Jack Bradford, Gordon Bradford, and Berith Kurik.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Archbold Hospice, honoring Lois's compassionate spirit.
