Betty Jo Adams Haller

Services for Betty Jo Adams Haller, 77 of Thomasville will be held at 10:00 am, Saturday, May 18, 2013 at Glad Tidings Church. Rev. Brent Welch will officiate and interment will be in Laurel Hill Cemetery. Mrs. Haller passed away May 14 at her residence. Born February 22, 1936 in Douglas, she was the daughter of the late Van Adams and Dorothy Strickland Adams. She is survived by her husband of 37 years John Haller of Thomasville. She was a member of the New Hope Church of God in Sevierville, TN and was a supporter of the ASPCA. Other survivors include her children, Robert R. Parrish and wife Alecia of Birmingham, Al, John C. Daniels of Palm Harbor, FL, Jimmy Daniels of Las Angeles, CA, Bart T. Barta and wife Caroline of Pembroke Pines, Fl and Beth King of Hanover, MD; 10 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; sisters, Loette Adams of Thomasville and Dale Hall of Asheville, NC; brother, Curtis Adams and wife Debbi of Lewisville, TX; aunt, Gale Peace of Waycross; sister-in-law, Denise Adams of Jacksonville, FL and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by brothers, Tub Adams, Thomas Adams and John Rocky Adams. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the ASPCA, 424 E. 92nd St, New York, NY 10128-6804aspca.org/donate.
