Mrs. Burton died December 1, 2003 at Camellia Gardens. Born November 25, 1920 in Thomasville she was the daughter of the late R. B. and Mae Rigsby Linson. On September 10, 1946 in Thomasville she married Harold Burton who survives. She was a member of Dawson Street Methodist Church, Briarcliff Garden Club and was a bookkeeper for Faulk Chevrolet, Adams Brake Service, Neel?s Department Store and a homemaker. Other survivors include a son Glenn Burton; daughter and son-in-law, Sheri and Bob Horner; sister and brother-in-law, Ann and Robert L. McGee, sisters, Mae Stewart and Etta Wynn all of Thomasville; grandchildren, Ricki Blackwell, Matthew Horner and Brennan Horner and great grandchildren, Taylor Blackwell and Cole Blackwell.
