Funeral services for Brenda Leviner Brown, 67, of Cairo, will be at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, October 13, 2009 at Allen & Allen Funeral Chapel. Rev. Tim Vanlandingham will officiate and the burial will be in the Boston City Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Sam Brown, Jim Brown, Bill Brown, Shane Brown, Seton Brown, James Brown, and Donald R. Butch Collins, Jr. Mrs. Brown died on Saturday, October 10, 2009 at Tallahassee Capitol Regional Medical Center. Born October 10, 1942 in Colquitt Co., GA, she was the daughter of the late James Archie and Lula Lorene Turner Leviner. On June 6, 1959 in Boston, she married Homer Thomas Buster Brown, Jr. She was a homemaker and a member of the Midway Baptist Church in Cairo. Survivors include 3 sons, Steven Thomas Brown of Locust Grove, GA, Clinton Stacey Brown of Coolidge, GA, and Jacobie J. Brown of Cairo; 2 daughters, Brenda Lee Ann Brown and Mikayla Jerhue Brown , both of Tallahassee, FL. Also surviving are grandchildren, Emily Brown, David Gregory, Austin Brown, Christina Brown, James Brown and 1 great grandson, James Gregory. Other survivors include 5 brothers, Marvin Jackson of Sylvester, GA, Wade Jackson of Gallatin, TN, Stonewall Jackson of Brentwood TN, Lee Roy Leviner of Fitzgerald, GA and Charles Leviner of Cairo, GA; 2 sisters, Mavis Jackson of Bainbridge, Teresa Leviner Bortree of Thomasville and a number of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a brother, James Leviner, Jr. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 on Monday night at Allen & Allen Funeral Home Chapel.
