Services for Brenda Joy Smith will be held on Sunday, September 15, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at Allen and Allen Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Mike Shealey officiating. Ms. Smith passed away on September 11, 2019. She was born on July 17, 1953 in Splint, Kentucky to the late Thomas Earl Harris and Alma Jean Mitchell Harris. She enjoyed spending time with her family, reading, watching tv, and celebrating Thanksgiving. She is survived by her sons, Thomas Smith (Tina) of Atlanta, Ronnie Leon Smith, Jr. (Joleen) of Thomasville, and Clay Smith (Daisy) of Thomasville; daughter, Gwen Gonzalez (Noel) of Thomasville; sisters, Glenna Ann Halstead and Kay Warren; brother, Lowell Harris; father of her children, Ronald Leon Smith, Sr.; 16 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
