Burness Moore

Graveside services for Dr. Burness E. Moore of Stone Mountain, Ga. will be held Sunday, December 2, 2018 at 1 PM at Big Creek Cemetery and will be conducted by his family. Dr. Moore died November 28, 2018 in Stone Mountain. Born on January 31, 1914, he was the son of the late Charles Moore and Mary Evans Moore. He was a psychiatric doctor in private practice who did psychoanalysis in New York City and Atlanta. He was married to the late Doris E. Moore for 75 years. Other survivors include his daughter Marilyn D. Moore, his son Dan Moore; many other close family members.
