C.H. Gaddy

Graveside services for C. H. Gaddy, 88, of Thomasville will be at 10:00 AM on Monday November 3, 2014 at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Rev. Lee Waller will officiate. Mr. Gaddy died in Thomasville on October 31, 2014. He was born on July 15, 1926 in Thomasville. On August 28, 1949 he married Mattie Lou Lasseter Gaddy, who preceded him in death. Mr. Gaddy worked for Sunnyland Foods and was a member of Dawson St. Baptist Church. Survivors include a son and daughter in law Charles C. and Nancy Gaddy of Thomasville and 2 grandchildren, Cindy Jones Norton and her husband Clay of Cairo and Blake Jones and his wife Liza of Thomasville. Also surviving are 3 great grandchildren Tanner Norton, Kelsie Norton, Dru Jones and a sister Joyce Jordan of Whitesburg, GA. Other survivors include nieces and nephews, Cecilia Rayburn Sacht and her husband John, Burt Rayburn and his wife Ruth, Chuck Johnson and his wife Julie and JoAnn Jordan. He was preceded in the death by a daughter, Linda Sue Gaddy Jones. Memorial contributions may be made to Dawson St. Baptist Church, 1025 N. Dawson St., Thomasville, GA 31792. The family will receive friends at the Allen & Allen Funeral Home Chapel from 3 to 5 on Sunday.
