Calvin T. Wilson

Funeral services for Calvin Thomas Wilson, 80, of Thomasville will be at 2:00 PM on Monday at Allen & Allen Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Lee Waller will officiate and internment will follow in Salem Cemetery. Mr. Wilson died on September 2, 2012 in Thomasville. Born October 4, 1931 in Patton, GA, he was the son of the late James Herman and Mary Eason Gandy Wilson. Mr. Wilson was a retired auto mechanic and a member of First Baptist Church in Thomasville. He served in the United States Army. Survivors include sons and daughters in law, Mark and Angie Wilson of Waycross and Todd and Marnie Wilson of Thomasville. Also surviving are grandchildren, Stephanie, Caitlyn, Andrew, Gavin, Blaine and Jace. Other survivors include sister and brother in law, Jan and Dan Lewis of Thomasville, sisters, Jewel Lyon of Sumner, Hazel Lacy of Winston Salem, NC, Ludie Strickland of Lake Worth, FL, Pauline Woodham of Boynton Beach, FL, Sybil Nobles of Okeechobee, FL and several nieces and nephews.
