Carolyn Sue Ellis

Carolyn Sue Bryant Ellis, 78, of Fort Walton Beach, FL, passed away on Sunday, October 24, 2021 at Somerby of Santa Rosa Beach, FL. Born March 15, 1943, at Dr. Daniel's Hospital in Pavo, Georgia, Carolyn was the youngest of nine children born to Franklin and Marie (Dailey) Bryant, of Route 2, Pavo.(Hodges Road). She graduated from High School in Quitman and moved from Tallahassee to the Fort Walton Beach area in 1980. She was a homemaker and retiree of the State of Florida. She enjoyed quilting and sewing. Surviving are her son Christopher Scott Ellis of Cartersville, GA; her daughter Chandelle Ellis of Pensacola, FL; her sisters Jean Carter of Orlando, FL, Shirley Woodworth of Sebastian, FL, and Patricia Beals, of Sebastian, FL. She is preceded in death by her parents, and her siblings Cornelia Yancy of Tallahassee, FL, James Bryant of Westville, FL, Reba Bryant(infant) of Pavo, GA, Gerald Bryant of New Port Richy, FL, and Clyde Bryant of Dunnellon, FL. Graveside services will be held at Laurel Hill Cemetery in Thomasville, Ga, on Nov. 28, 2021 at 1:00pm. Family and friends are invited to attend.
