Carolyn Carlton Palmer, 90, of Dublin and a lifelong resident of Thomas County, Georgia passed away on February 2, 2023. Carolyn was born on November 11, 1932, to the late Clell Ray Carlton and Leola Barwick Carlton. Carolyn was a devoted mother and grandmother who loved her family. She enjoyed socializing and she was loved by everyone who knew her. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Leo Wallace Palmer; two brothers, Ray Carlton, and Charles Carlton; two sisters, Faye Gordon and Dean Prevatt. Survivors include children, Brenda Lee of Thomasville, GA, Debbie SanFratello (Steve) of Suwanee, GA, and Carol Evans (Bruce) of Dublin, GA; grandchildren James Haslam (Meredith), Palmer Smith (Foster), Brett SanFratello (Tracy), Jennifer Mansel (Marc), Jenny Quattlebaum (Danny), and Wilkes Evans (Hilary); and 13 great-grandchildren, Palmer, Patton, and Anna Alden Haslam, Ann and Charles Smith, Sydney and Kylie SanFratello, Maddox White, Max Mansel, Elle Quattlebaum and Lawson Evans. Graveside Services will be held on Monday, February 6th at 2:00 p.m. at Laurel Hill Cemetery, Thomasville, Georgia, officiated by Lee Powell. Friends and family are welcome to join in the procession at 1:00 p.m. at Allen and Allen Funeral Home.
