Funeral services for Cathy Sue Carter of Tallahassee will be held at 2:00PM on Tuesday January 16, 2018 in the Allen & Allen Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Richard Carter officiating. Interment will be in Laurel Hill Cemetery. Mrs. Carter passed away on Friday January 12, 2018 at Big Bend Hospice in Tallahassee. Born on June 3, 1957 in Plant City, Fl., she was the daughter of the late Daniel Joseph Carter and Kathleen Hickman Carter. Mrs. Carter was a homemaker and of the Christian faith. She was married to Ronald Kelvin Moore of Tallahassee who survives. Other survivors include her son Ronald Williamson and wife Brandi of Tallahassee; daughter Kathleen Lessie Carter of Tallahassee; grandchildren Shyanne Alday, Breeanne Alday, Darwin Long, Bryson Long; siblings Barbara Gallardo of Ochlocknee, Otis W. Granger and wife Edna of Alabama, John A. Granger of Tallahassee, Ronnie Carter and wife Teri of North Wilkesboro, NC, JoAnne Goodson of Crawfordville, Fl. She was preceded in death by her sister Lillian Neeley. Her family will receive friends prior to the service from 1:00-2:00PM.
