Celia M Carroll Noteman, daughter of the late Hugh and Anna Carroll born in Brooklyn, New York on August 4, 1923, passed away in Cairo on April 13, 2024 at the age of 100. Celia was preceded in death by her devoted husband James M Noteman.
Celia is survived by her two sons Hugh (Joanna) and George (Lynda) Noteman, grandchildren James, Tammy, and Anna (Joe), and great-grandchildren Andrew, Kathryn, Patrick, Owen, and Wyatt.
Celia will be interred alongside her husband James at the National Cemetery in Quantico, Virginia.
