Charles Richard Clark

Charles Richard Clark, 60, of Thomasville passed away March 31, 2016 at Archbold Memorial Hospital. Born April 4, 1955 in Lafayette, Alabama, he was the son of Billy Leon and Barbara Pender Clark of Opelika, Alabama. He was married to Peggy Clark, who survives. Mr. Clark loved to ride motorcycles and traveling. He loved his family and being around people; he “never met a stranger”. Other survivors include son Brent and Gracie Clark of Eustis, Florida; grandchildren, Gauge Clark and Raydin Clark; brother, Greg Clark and wife Teresia Clark and their daughter, Nicole of Opelika, Alabama; sisters, Kelley Connor and Kim Montgomery all of Opelika, Alabama; mother-in-law Joyce Tesney of Opelika; sisters-in-law Carol Cram and husband Rick of Savannah and Lynn Barnes and husband Tommy; several nieces and nephews, and his close friends, Sue and Gene Teeter, Bob and Diane Minot, and Rex and Tonya Anderson. In lieu of flowers may be sent to the American Heart Association, American Heart Association, PO Box 840692 Dallas, TX 75284-0692. The family will have a private service at a later date.
