Charles Romelous Baker

Graveside services for Charles Romelous Baker of Pavo are at 2:00PM on Monday, July 21, 2008 at Pavo Lebanon Cemetery. Mr. Baker died July 19, 2008 at his residence. Born December 11, 1930 in Thomas Co., GA he was the son of the late Ralph Lee Baker and Nettie Cooper Baker. Mr. Baker was a lifelong residence of Pavo where he was a retired Postmaster. He was a member of Pavo United Methodist Church and a Korean War Veteran. He was an avid sportsman and fisherman. Survivors include brothers and sisters-in-law, George Marvin and Nancy Walker Baker of Sugar Run, PA, Larry E. and Sandra Baker of Pavo, brother, William Lee Baker of Pavo, niece and husband, Shannon Lea and Ronnie L. Smith, two great nieces and two great nephews. The family will receive friends from 4-6PM on Sunday at the funeral home. Visitors may sign the online guest register at www.allenfh.com .
