Services for Charles Glenn Carter, III Chuck, 41, of Thomasville are 2 pm, Wednesday, November 23, 2011 at Allen & Allen Funeral Home Chapel. Mr. Carter passed away November 20 at his residence. Born February 24, 1970 in Quitman, GA, he was the son of Charles Carter, Jr. and Judy Young Carter Donaldson who survives. He was married to Cindy Tindall Carter who survives. Chuck was an avid hunter & fisherman. He loved the outdoors, Sunday dinner and spending time with his family. He was a diehard Florida State fan and also had a love for NASCAR. He had a yearly tradition of a weekend in Biloxi and was a pro at black jack. He could light up any room and never ended a phone call without saying "I Love You". He was a wonderful man, a loving husband, father, son, brother, uncle and friend. RIP Chuck, we love you. Other survivors include children, Brandon Carter, Hunter Carter; step-children, Crystal Barnes, Corey Barnes and Timmy Barnes; brothers, Donnie Carter, Tate Donaldson, and Robbie Donaldson; sister-in-law, Melissa Carter; nephew, Kipp Carter, niece Larran Carter; aunts & uncles, John & Brenda Carter, Dave & Dale Young, Larry & Pam Young and Edward Young; cousin, Daniel Young, DD Young, Kayla Ross, Jennifer Young, Dawn Pensen and Courtney Carter. He was preceded in death by grandparents, Edward C. Young, Ophelia Young, Glenn Carter and Dorothy Carter. The family will receive friends On Tuesday from 5-7 pm, at the funeral home chapel.
