Cheryl Ann Odom

Graveside services for Cheryl Ann Halstead Odom, 53 of Thomasville, will be held at 2:00 pm, Tuesday, October 24, 2023 at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Odom passed away peacefully at her home on October 20, 2023. Born September 18, 1970 in Americus, Ga; she was the daughter of the late Charles Russell Halstead, Sr and Glenna Ann Harris Halstead of Thomasville, who survives. She was married to Luther Odom, who survives. Cheryl Loved being a Grammy, loved cooking, singing and had a kind heart and would put others needs before her own. Other survivors include daughters, Heather Sampson (Gary Roberts) of Meigs, Kristen Cabaniss (Joshua) of Port St. Joe, FL; Jessica Jordan of Pelham and Miranda Odom of Lake Park; grandchildren, Matthew Sampson, Benjamin Sampson, Bradley Cabaniss, Gary Sampson, Nathon Cruce, Caroline Kindred, Pasleigh Sampson, Emma Jones and Ethan Lloyd; sisters, Amy Lamb (Dennis), Brooks Halstead, all of Thomasville, Tammy Elizalde of Cochran and Samantha Daniel of Americus and numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends 5-7pm, Monday, October 23, 2023 at Allen & Allen Funeral Home.
