Services for Christina Chihuahua Smith, 30, of Thomasville will be at 3:00 pm, Wednesday, March 9, 2011 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints where she was a member. Bishop Travis Mitchell will officiate and interment will be in Bethany United Methodist Church Cemetery. Mrs. Smith passed away March 5, 2011. Born October 16, 1980 in Camilla, she was the daughter of Sebastian Alvarez Chihuahua and wife Cynthia of Del Rio, TX and Dennice Simpson Dinkins and husband Keith of Cairo. She was a 1999 graduate of Thomas County Central High School. She was married to Nathan Morley Smith and was the mother of Grey Morley Smith, who survives. Other survivors include, brothers and sisters, Alejandro Chihuahua of McKinney, TX, Eric Calixtro Chihuahua and wife Samantha Ann Chihuahua of Athens, Jessica Chihuahua Frausto and husband Riley Charles Frausto of Thomasville; sister-in-law, Kristen Chihuahua of Thomasville; nieces and nephews, Kaleb Akins, Jasmin Howell, Bruce M. Frausto, Addison L. Chihuahua, Sophia M. Chihuahua, Colton M. Frausto, Dani G. Chihuahua, Annabelle M. Chihuahua, Daisy M. Chihuahua, Tyler Druiry and Zoe A. Smith; grandmother, Mabel Carroll Simpson. She was preceded in death by brother, Spc. Shannon Chihuahua; grandfathers, Jerry Douglas Simpson,, Alejandro Chihuahua Rodriguez; grandmother, Antonia Alvarez Canalez.
