With heavy hearts, we share the passing of Christine "Christie" Corbitt Landstrom on March 6th, 2025. A beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend, Christie lived a life full of love, joy, and deep devotion to the people she held dear.
Christie was a fiercely loyal friend—thoughtful, wise, and full of humor. She poured her heart into her family, always putting her husband and three children at the center of her world. Christie had a deep love for nature, finding peace and joy in the beauty of the outdoors. She was endlessly curious and brilliant. Her laughter and wisdom leave an imprint on every heart she touched.
She is survived by her husband and high school sweetheart, Chris, her three children, Wyatt (13), Elin (11), and Liv (4), her parents, Peggy and Mac Corbitt, her sister, Katie and brother-in-law, Bernardo and their three children Abel (9), Leo (9), and Penelope (2) and countless friends who will miss her dearly.
A celebration of Christie's life will be held at Trinity Anglican Church in Thomasville, Georgia on Tuesday, March 11th at 2 pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to Compassion International, organization Christie supported her whole adulthood.
Christie’s presence in our lives was a gift, and though she is gone, her love and light remain.
