Memorial services for Dr. Christopher (Chris) Hopkins, 36, of Thomasville, will be 4:00PM, Friday, September 21, 2018 at Allen & Allen Funeral Home Chapel. Pastor Jason Puckett will officiate. Dr. Chris Hopkins passed away on Saturday, September 15, 2018. Born May 19, 1982 in Ft. Myers, Florida, he was the son of Robert A. Hopkins and Kay Hopkins, who both survive. Dr. Chris Hopkins received his PhD from the University of Georgia as a Molecular Biochemist. He was the CFO at Askay Enterprises. Survivors include his parents, Robert and Kay Hopkins of Thomasville, Georgia; his fiancé, Jenny Holt of Thomasville, and her daughters Kylie and Amy; maternal grandmother, Dorothy Ann Hooks of Baytown, Texas. Also surviving are aunts and uncles, Bill and Evelyn Hopkins, Dan and Aleta Hooks, Becky and Allan Chambless and Aunt Gale Hopkins. He will be missed and was loved by many cousins. The family will receive friends 6:00PM until 8:00PM, Thursday, September 20, 2018 at the funeral home.
