Graveside services for Clara Giles McCrory, 79, of Thomasville, are 3 p.m., Monday, Feb. 12, 2007, at Ochlocknee City Cemetery, with the Rev. Lee Waller and the Rev. Larry Harris officiating. Mrs. McCrory died Feb. 10, 2007 at Archbold Memorial Hospital. Born June 22, 1927, in Ochlocknee, she was the daughter of the late J. Bennett and Mary Spence Giles. In 1965 in Statesboro, Fla., she married Albert McCrory who preceded her in death. She attended Norman Baptist College and was a retired Telephone Operator from AT&T. She was a member of Dawson Street Baptist Church. Survivors include a brother and sister-in-law, Cleamon and Ann Giles of Thomasville and sister, Mary Bennett Smith of Statesboro.
