Clara Mae Ruff Barnett

Memorial services for Clara Mae Ruff Barnett, 73 of Cairo will be held at 10AM, Saturday, June11, 2016 at Riders for Christ Cowboy Church, 1294 Union Hill Rd, Pelham, Ga (from Cairo take HWY 111 N for apx 12 mls. Take left onto Old Newton Rd, go about ¼ mile and church will be on left). Rev. Teddy Williamson will officiate. Mrs. Barnett passed away on June 5, 2016 at her residence. Born July 10, 1942 in Cairo, Georgia, she was the daughter of the late Charlie Clyde and Bernice Cofer Ruff. She was married to the late John A. White and after his death married the late George Barnett. Mrs. Barnett was a homemaker. Survivors include sons Randy White, Tommy White and his wife Maretta and a daughter Barbara Singingale all of Cairo. Also surviving are grandchildren Joseph Pogue, Shaun White, John White, Josh White, Jasmine white; and great grandchild Sativia Pogue. Other survivors include brothers Freeman Ruff and William Ruff of Cairo and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by 3 brothers and 1 sister.
