Connie Blewett Roberson

Graveside services for Connie Blewett Roberson, 85 of Boston will be held at 2:00 pm, Monday, January 4, 2021 at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Rev. Tim Phillips will officiate. Mrs. Roberson went home to heaven on December 29, 2020. Connie was born in Hartsfield, Ga, on March 23, 1935 to the late Wylie Oliver Blewett and Susan Rebecca Yeomans Blewett. She was married to Donald B. Roberson for 64 years, who survives. She had one son, Scott and his wife Robin of Thomasville, Georgia. She has two granddaughters that she loved dearly, Sydney Roberson Timmons of Boston, Georgia and Miranda Roberson of Thomasville. A step son and his wife, Denny and Judy Roberson of California and two grandchildren, Heather Roberson and Trevor Roberson also from California. Connie was as a longtime resident of Boston, Georgia. She was a dedicated member of Boston Baptist Church and spent many years serving with the Destiny Christian Women’s Conference. Connie dearly loved her family and friends and will be remembered for her love for Christ. She was an inspiration to many and loved unconditionally. Her legacy will continue because she made loving others the story of her life. Connie enjoyed travelling especially with her family which left her with many wonderful memories. She worked in banking, trucking and spent her last working years with Travel Associates helping others with their own unforgettable travel experiences. Other family members include 2 brothers and 2 sisters all preceding her in death, seventeen nieces and nephews scattered from Florida to Minnesota.
