Corinne "Coo" Miller

Graveside services for Corinne “Coo” V. Miller, 97 of Boston will be held at 11AM, Saturday, February 27, 2016 at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Rev. Don West will officiate. Mrs. Miller passed away February 22, 2016 at Southern Pines. Born July 24, 1918 in Illinois, she was the daughter of the late Myron & Anna Vogt. On July 23, 1938 she married Raymond “Gus” Miller who preceded her in death in 1992. They moved to Boston from Illinois in 1952 and they owned Hilltop Farm in Boston. She was a member and Elder at Boston Presbyterian Church. She is survived by nephews, Tom (Barbara) Stanek of Hawthorn Woods, Ill, John (Kris) Stanek of Marietta, Ga, Steve (Laura) Vogt of Colorado Springs, Col; niece, Annette (Randy) Sadler of Cairo; special friends Barbara Vick and the late Doug Vick and many friends young and old. She was preceded in death by brothers, “Mike” Myron F. Vogt and “Bob” Robert E. Vogt; sister, “Bea” Beatrice E. Clayton and nephew, Bob Stanek. Memorials may be made to Boston Presbyterian Church, P.O. Box 99, Boston, Ga 31626. The family will receive friends from 4-6PM, Friday at the funeral home.
