Born on May 22, 1961 in Bartow, Fl, he is the son of the late Royce Vann Quattlebaum and Lucille Whitehurst Quattlebaum. He is survived by his sisters Patricia Hughes of Ashford, Al, Sharon White of Thomasville, and Linda G. Fraley of Borden, In. No services are planned at this time.
