David E. Hower Sr.

Memorial services for David E. Hower Sr. of Thomasville, will be held at 10:00AM on Monday November 12, 2018 at Rose City Church of God with Rev. Gerald Horne officiating. Mr. Hower passed away on Friday November 9, 2018 at Archbold Memorial Hospital. Born on February 25, 1946 in Alma, Michigan, he was the son of the late Loy Ernest Hower and Doris Irene Knapp Hower. Mr. Hower was a loving husband, father, grandfather and enjoyed spending time hunting. He was an active member of Rose City Church of God and was a retired truck driver after working 32 years with Carolina Fright/ABF. He is survived by his wife Connie Hower of Thomasville; sons David Hower of Thomasville and Solomon Hower of Oak Harbor, WA; daughter Tineka Ingram of Thomasville; sister Carol Denham of Albany, Ga; 8 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his daughter Candy Hower Colflesh.
