David King

David King, age 85, passed away on September 24, 2025. Born on April 25, 1940, David was a cherished resident of Georgia Pines. He was known for his neatness, sweetness, and caring nature. David had a happy spirit and found joy in simple pleasures, including drinking sodas, dancing, watching westerns, and going on outings. A longtime resident of Georgia Pines, David was lovingly cared for by the Starchered and McBride families.

A service will be held on Monday, September 29, 2025, at 11:30 AM at Allen and Allen Funeral Home's Celebration of Life Chapel, with Deacon James Dismuke officiating. David will be laid to rest at Laurel Hill Cemetery, located at 901 Jackson St, Thomasville, GA 31792. David will be remembered fondly for his joy and the light he brought into the lives of those around him.
