David Lee Foulk
Graveside services for David Lee Foulk, 62, of Thomasville, are at 10 a.m., Saturday, September 19, 2009, in Sunset Memorial Gardens. The Rev. Dr. Milton C. Gardner will officiate. Mr. Foulk died Sept. 16 at Archbold Memorial Hospital. Born, July 1, 1947, in Kansas City, Missouri, he was the son of Jack and Elizabeth Miller Burkhalter, who survive, of Fair Oaks, Texas. He was married to Sandra Josey Foulk, formerly of Bainbridge, who survives. He was the service manager at Roy Campbell Chevrolet and was a member of First Baptist Church. He was a Vietnam Veteran of the United States Army, in which, he was awarded the Purple Heart. Other survivors include children, Brent Foulk and wife, Kristyn and Boston Foulk all of Thomasville; step-children, Laura Hall and Christopher Hall both of Thomasville; and sister and brother-in-law, Linda and Garland Hines of Lawton, Oklahoma.
