David R. Wingate of Thomasville passed away on Saturday February 25, 2023 at Archbold Memorial Hospital. Born on April 12, 1957, in Camilla,Ga., he was the son of the late Frank M. Wingate Sr. and Mary Alice McGahee Wingate. He was married to Margaret Wilder Wingate who has preceded him in death. He is survived by his siblings Frank M. Wingate "Buddy", Jr. of Pelham, Ramona Wingate Champion of Marina Del Rey, California, James Warren Wingate of Pelham, Georgia; nephews, Blake Champion of Whittier, California, and Thomas James Wingate of Pelham, Georgia.
